SpeedTV Poll
http://www.speedtv.com/news/
About halfway down the page on the right there's a Speed Poll asking which 2008 series you're most looking forward to watching. As it sits right now:
NASCAR 4%
Formula1 18%
Motocross 29%
MotoGP 36%
ALMS 5%
Other 8%
Get over a vote. Too bad we can't vote Pinks off the air...

Thanks! Another vote for MotoGP added to the list. ***quick, remove the r from Motocross before someone picks on you for being a car guy. I'm sure it's a typo anyway.

It's normally F1 and MotoGP for me, but this next season it's definitely the ALMS I'm most looking forward to.
It's funny how much NASCAR programming Speed has, but how little support percentage wise NASCAR has on this poll.

Nice DBR9 video on the page BTW.
Maybe it has something to do with the pole?

NASCAR is real racing and I respect those that are good at it, just the damn over commercialization, TV hype, overexposure and ignoring the rest of us that pisses me off.
I am glad to see a few other things being shown and their attempt on Speed to see what we may actually want to see!
ALMS was my vote but I have many others I would love to seem more of as well.

I'll admit, I followed NASCAR since the late 60's. The surge in popularity in the 80's brought in more fans...and Corporate America took notice. Now it's just a stagnant series, overloaded with sponsorship and marketing. I used to go to 4-6 races a year and catch all of the televised races. Hell, now I can't stand to watch it for more than a few minutes before losing interest.
