C5 seat mounting nuts
Anyone know their size? its really close to 10mm x 1.5... maybe a 10mm x 2.0?
anyone know what size they are? I'd rather not have to go to the dealership for them but i may have to.

The stock nuts have some sort of locking feature. Like nylock or something. A regular 10 x 1.5 nut will run all the way down the stud.
Or, knock the studs out and replace them with longer bolts to make it easier to change the seats.

A little more information on knocking the studs out please. Those short studs are a never ending problem when mounting seats, belts, etc.

Ta-da, you can now replace them with a longer bolt. I used some large washers to spread the force out under the car, and silicone to help seal it all back up and hold the bolt in place. Made swapping seats, rollbar, belts yada yada yada infinitely easier.

Hardbarusa.com has an adapter to extend the studs which is easier than new bolts unless you are going to tack them back. I took mine out years back but replacing the seat is a PITA but I don't do it as it is permanent. If you do knock them out put some graded washer to help strengthen it.
