Need Harness Suggestion For Brey Krause Bar
I purchased a Brey Krause harness bar for my 2006 z06 corvette and need help selecting belts. I am not in any race series just doing track days. I want 6 point harness with 3" black shoulder harness (pull-up type). The harness bar is at shoulder height and requires a "loose end" referring to shoulder part, to loop through the harness slot. I would like 2" lap belt with snap hook ends and 2" for crotch belts. I want cam lock type setup. I would also like the latest expiration possible. here is a link to my harness bar website--- http://www.bkauto.com/corvette/r1120.php

I have a Sabelt 6-point harness in my '03 Z06 with B-K harness bar. I really like it. I don't know how the lap belts work on the C6, but I used the B-K lap belt brackets as well and they worked fine for me. I installed harness eye pads in the seat brackets with backer plates for the crotch harness and that has worked well. But again, I'm not familiar with the C6 seats.

I had the Crow 6-point belts first, when it was time to replace those, I went with Sparco (re-labeled Scroth) belts. Nothing wrong with the Crows, but the Sparcos are much more comfortable.

The TeamTech JetPilot is the most comfortable harness I've ever used. Expensive, but worth it. HardbarUSA is a reseller. I use mine with the Hardbar set up, but the harness will work with whatever...

I got G-Force 6-point harnesses for my B-K harness bar.
I installed the B-K lap belt mounts so I can clip the lap and submarine belts in without drilling extra holes. Simple installation and I can still use my regular seatbelts.

thanks for the last reference but i really want to go w/ that 2" lap belt since I have a smaller waist and hip area. The 2" size is much less likely to injure your hip area in a hard impact. It seems that the manufacturers know this very well and have upped the prices for the systems w/ 2" lap belts such as the schroth profi ll 6 pointsystem
