Corvette Troy is having their test and tune at Grissom AFB in Peru Indiana again this year on April 19th & 20th. For anyone who has not been to this event before it is a great chance to shake down a car or to get started in autoxing. You can make all the runs you want on a large autox course usually around a 1 minuite course with some very high speed sections for an autox. We have had some people in the past make over 30 runs a day. Their is no scoring for this event, your times will be shown on a digital display board so you can see them after your run. Unfortunately I won't be making it down to any Indiana events this year, I have to keep the budget tight and stay close to home. But if anyone is on the fence about going, Grissom is a great place to run at. The NCCC guys set up great fast courses, and the surface has tons of grip...it's a blast. Here's a little sample from the NCCC events at Grissom in October '07.
