2006 Bigtex Open Car Hauler
I have an 18' dovetail open hauler for sale. Model #70-DM Trailer is all steel and as close to new as they come. It has VERY LOW MILES and has been stored indoors. The trailer is just like the one pictured but in black. I will have actual pics tomorrow. I have added the matching chrome spare tire and wheel w/lock as well as an extra set of d rings on the rear. It has 5' pullout ramps from the tail, electric brakes on one axle, electric breakaway, bulldog coupler, and a swing up a-frame jack. $2850 firm I would be happy to answer any questions by giving me a call (205)317-9973 or just post here.

I have a friend who is looking for an open trailer...so I'm checking this out to see if I should pass this on to him.
my experience with trailers/cost are the two that I've owned. the 1st one was an open trailer, a very nice trailer that I got a lot of good use from. It was only a 14' (deck) but towed excellent. the short deck made loading an issue; so it had 7' ramps with 7' of wood extensions.
It was titled as "home made" and had tandem moble home axles with e-brakes. Other than the loading issues and tie down points not being optimal and lack of aftermarket wheels options it was overall a great trailer. I sold it for $950.
My current trailer is a 22' enclosed trailer with a bunch of goodies...race package, dove tail, V nose, driver escape door, aluminum wheels, etc. and cost $7,400.
My 1st question is about the price; it seems extremely high for a steel trailer. I'm not busting your chops, just need to be able to justify things before making a recommendations to my bud.
