I'm looking to buy a race seat for my C5 Z06 for HPDE use. I was hoping to be able to sit in one to see what fits me best rather than just taking the word of the manufacturer and ordering one. I live in Orange County New York and work in NYC. Does anyone know of a place that is relatively close to me that has seats in stock that I could try out?

HMS Motorsports outside of Boston has a nice selection of Recaro and Cobra seats. I realize that Boston is a ways away from New York city.

You might want to go Spacro, Cobra, etc's web site and look for authorized dealers in your area.
