FostersPerformance has posted in AutoX & RR at my suggestion.

He has a C4 he intends to install a 1-1/4" front sway bar on. He has
bar end bushings from VB&P and needs assistance determining the
correct orientation to install the bushings.

I believe the question is: does it matter whether the thick tapered
'Thrust Washer' goes on the inboard or outboard side of the bar end?
If so, which side should it be positioned on?

I am unfamiliar with the bushings. Can someone here post to the
thread in C4 Tech with recommendations.

1.25" 1988 Addco sway bar

Ok, well its done.

The instructions are correct for the bar. Heres what they dont tell you.

The thrust washer did NOT need to be faced. It wouldnt fit onto the steel sleeve, so i put the bushings in front of my halogen light for 1/2 hour, lubed them, and they went on fairly easy. The poly is just so strong, you have to heat them to get them to fit. Dont know why it took me 2 days to think of it. The instructions should tell you this.

Like i said, its the little things sometimes....

I took pics if anyone wants to see. The bar itself is still not together as i havent gotten the brackets back from powder coater yet.

Thanks everyone for all your help.....
