A lot less than I initially thought for this type of work. Do you have any PICs of previous similar cages built in a C5?

It's kind of hard to photograph the cages due to the pieces being tucked in tightly to the dash, etc... But, rest assured they are very high quality and meet SCCA standards.

Let us know if we can build one for you...

I have the rear half of one of their cages as a roll bar. Kurt and the guys were terrific to work with when I was there a few years ago. I'd be asking them to finish it up into a cage.

The real question for this year is: Cage, or tow vehical with trailer. I currently drive to events. I was thinking tow vehical and trailer this year, and hopefully the cage next year. This sale has me rethinking that.....

Yeah, I am feeling like a puppet. That sounds very fair.

tow vehicle and trailer is way more $$$$. They won't help you in an accident either. Me I would cage and get a small tire trailer. Get a small tire trailer for about 350-400 new. You can sell it for 250 in a year or two so it cost 75 -100 per year which is a deal. Plus soon as I got my trailer my engine went BOOM!

Are you sure he doesn't have a severe sun burn from his island trip and able to work tomorrow?

Kurt's fine. He said he went through a lot of SF45 sun screen and it actually worked.
