I would bleed the calipers before every session. Just bleed about 2oz out and you will be fine.
If you experience brake fade that could be the result of boiling the fluid (but with the cooling ducts, that should not happen) then a quick re-bleed would be in order. But I would do a quick bleed before every session anyway.

Looking at the equipment shown in the picture and your description of HP, etc., you have a fully prepped race car. It would then depend on he drivers ability. If you are capable of driving the car to it's limit, I would bleed after each session. If not, then once a day should be fine. How about some pics of the rest of that fine machine for the folks in the peanut gallery.

Wait!!! A car like that should be worked on all the time. I would do it right before a weekend. Not because you have to, but because you can and should. Maybe not a full flush, but at least get some of the nasty stuff out of the calipers. I have seen AP calipers last years without a rebuild, but when they show up. I can tell who has been keeping up on the basic race car prep and who hasn't. I throw away a set of calipers just the other week. Pay now or pay later.
Yes, more pictures are required at this time!!!

also, if you're doing a regular HPDE, there is no way this car is going to be able to stretch its legs. 800hp and 2800lbs? youve got like 4x the power and several hundered pounds less than most other cars out there.
I'd be more concerned about your car getting up to temp.
Is this an ex nascar racer?
