Noisy? Popping creaking?

Yep - lots of poppin' and creakin'.

I put some lube on them just so I wouldn't think there was something coming apart on the suspension .

yeah, I thought I must have broken an endlink. I guess its just the delrin, thats ridiculous, it sounds like the contol arm is coming off or like a shock is loose over road imperfections. The really weird thing is, it all sounds like it is coming from one side.
Do you have the Hardbar bolts?

Sometimes the a-arm is rough where the old ones were and can cause some noise. but it usually a squeak, not a clunk. In any case, use some grease under the delrin pad, especially when new.

No, I don't. Hypercoil springs, front/rear, and Penske shocks. Car is as low as I can take it without getting excessive tire rub (315's in front and 335's in rear) and has enough camber adjustment to hit the settings I want.
