Default Power Steering Pulley - need help

I am to the point of being fed up...my PS went out in the fall, so I ended up buying a Turn One pump (not the issue) and a Sinister Motorsports pulley. About 3 weeks ago, i finally had a chance to install these fine items and it turned out the pulley was not machined properly (.02 of an inch to small for pressure fit. Turns out now, Sinister Motorsports has gone out of business so I sent the pulley back to the company I purchased it to have it machined out correctly. The mail just came and the pulley is now TOO BIG!!! Apparently they did not listen to me.

So, I need part #s and options for other pulley out there. I called Turn One and they said their pulley is not made for a Y body car (pump is correct though). I guess I can use a stock pulley again? But I have no part #. help! I need to get the car tuned and inspected this week in order to make it to VIR later this month and go for my comp license with NASA.

Thanks

Thanks, Ill look to order that today/tomorrow unless there is any other "better" options.

Are you going to make it to VIR at the end of the month? This project is killing me as I have been seeing the finish line for over a month now and dealing with crap like this, back ordered parts, etc.

its going to be down to the wire, but as it looks right now, yes.

I'm going to do the bulk of the work this week and next. All that I need to "get done" is have a shop bend up some overaxle pipes, and maybe get an alignment if I dont have time to do it myself.

I'm looking to win some more tires....

Ryan, I bought a stock C5 p/s pump pulley from Gene Culley. There was no problem with that.

Do you happen to have the part # handy? I have ordered alot from him...his website is good, but sometimes hard to find exactly what you want!

Get the LS2 or '05-later power steering pump pulley. It is built out of significantly better material than the previous pulleys and has spokes and windows in it so that you can remove the pump without extracting the pulley in the car ( a major PITA with the ABS in the way ).

Thats the pulley that is on my slow-a## car...

I've got it somewhere, but it'll take a while to find. If I can't find it, call Gene Monday morning and tell him what you want and he'll ship it that day. He's looked up a bunch of part numbers for me.

I think it was around $15 or so.

Here's a link to the power steering section on Gene's site:

I got the LS2 pulley from Gene Culley and put it in my TurnOne pump (tight fit by the way...)
