Default Corvette Racing in Marina (Monterey) SATURDAY, April 12. Come out and run your car!

Everyone get ready.... Santa Clara Corvettes will be holding an ALL CORVETTE Auto-X on SATURDAY June 12th in Marina, CA.

The event is held at Marina Municipal Airport in Marina, CA. It is located on Imjim Road just off Reservation Road at the South end of Marina. When you are heading South on Reservation, you will pass through downtown Marina. Then you will see a big water tower on the left side. Turn left there (Imjim Rd) and the Auto-X will be on the right side just after you pass through a stop sign.

This is for Corvettes ONLY.
You must have a Snell 2000 or later approved helmet to run.
Registration opens at 8am and the first run group / work group is at 9am.
Price is $35 per driver for WSCC members and $40 for non-members.
Workgroups mandatory for all drivers.

Show up SATURDAY morning.
Drive it like you stole it - this is great because there are no curbs, trees, buildings, cars, gravel, etc - just a nice big open concrete lot with a course made of cones.
Go home SATURDAY night with the biggest grin you have ever had.

You can always PM me, email me, or call me on my cell at 408-464-4444 with any questions.

What's this years rulebook like? I'm not so stock any more... and the old rulebook sucked for me with 18x11 wheels.

Wheel size rules havn't really changed in the last couple years.....

http://wscc.ws/2008%20WSCC%20Bylaws.pdf

As long as the wheels are within 1/2" of the original size, there should be no issue with wheel size. Otherwise, it will bump you into the "Street Prepared Class". See class definitions starting on page 33 of the above rulebook.
