I'm gonna have to give this autocross thing a try.

Will do. Hopefully I won't look like an idiot. I'm really worried about being able to remember the course. Any tips?

Just saw the map of the course from Kent Barnard - it looks great. Should not be hard to stay "found".

It will teach you great "stiction" and maybe a little about driving in the wet...
