Hoozer R6’s mounted (rears 345, fronts 315) on CCW Corsair rims. The ACP Z11 fender panels allow the oversize tires without tubbing.
Brembo GTR monoblock brakes mounted with 15” rotors. Note: Separate master cylinders for front and rear brakes for adjustment of f/r brake bias.
Additional support (located center windshield area) added to cage. Support to provide stiffening to avoid deflection of lexan front windshield (now installed) and to protect driver in case something big tries to enter windshied area.
Rear lexan windshield also installed.
Fuel cel in place.
Aluminum box with steel side panels in place to protect fuel cels.

I’m starting to drool.
The wheels are 18s (13”/345 rims rear/12”/315 front).
I think we should be ready for paint early next week. I figure we should be able to light the fuze on this puppy in about 2 weeks.
They are ridiculously large!

Thanks guys. The next step is to complete the fuel system hook up and then to finish up the suspension upgrades (sway bars......). Then on to the electrical syst!

Car is coming along very nicely. I'm with Mike, it's Dejavu . . . even as a spectator! Since my trans. went on the blitz today, can I use the silver C5 in the garage for some hot lapping?

Don,
I had some guests out today and they used it. They said they had a blast. It needs new brake pads as the backing plates kept scraping the rotors. Don't mind the scraped up quarter panel, it only brushed the tire wall.

Good point. I’m going to need a big supply of tires. Maybe some of the rejects they don’t use for the tire walls on track can go on my car. Ergo for newbies.
