Default VBP Spring questions?

A forum member is selling a set of VBP springs. He states 1200 lb front, and 850 rear.

Would this set be a good combination with Bilstein Sport shocks?

I think your going to have to get them custom valved. The Bilstien sports are designed around Z06 springs which are less than 1/2 the rate of the springs you listed. 1200lbs is huge stiff, I think even T1 is around 600 or something.

Now out of all of those why does the VBP jump so high???

All of the other springs are within a reasonable amount.

good combo mine are 1200 /900 you need to revalve the Bilstiens at 70 ea they will rebuild and revalve. You will be surprised how easy the car is to drive after doing them. Few other have done this set up also. Will blow T-1 set up away.

Ask RAFTRACER how he likes VB&P springs.
He's done well with a similar set-up.

What are the C4 ZR1/ZO7 (stiffest ones) compared to these. SOme of the rear springs are stiffer than the fronts of the ZR1/ZO7 arent they?
I used this site to convert (N/mm)3 to ft/lbs and the C5/C6 are stiff, twice as stiff than the C4 rear springs. Why?
