We would not been able to go out together anyway since ECS (Doug, Chris and myself) are now instructors for PDA/NASA though I would like to see that car run especially at WGI.
have fun and we will see you at other PDA events real soon....

I would have loved to be up there for PDA, but our schedule did not allow that.

Going to work out the bugs this weekend at Summit Point, then off to the Glen the following weekend. I have only driven the car on the street a couple times since the major overhaul back in February, but the difference even at street speed is night/day. I put the car up on jack stands and the wheels barely moved from the position they are at while on the ground!!!
It will surely take a little time to get use to, but that is why I am playing with the BMW boys first!
I guess since my car was tuned by Doug, I have an ECS biased power plant but with a Phoenix suspension set up...best of both worlds!

I will not be making NEPA - I opted to spend the weekend at my father's Country Club in Vermont (I needed some money to support the track habit and what better way to earn money than beating your Dad in golf though my Dad says it's my inheritance anyway so he is not losing anything. Doesnt feel as good taking money from myself )

talking about that. I had not been in my vette from WGI last year until instructor training at Pocono this year. Imagine going out on a cold day with 110 more rwhp and 150 more rwtq and on top of that have the instructor training pressure.
I can say I was not even close to being on my A game. Luckily this weekend I made up for it and already I think I need more power

I have been out of the car since Sept 06 hope the rust blows off fast. Hope ECS makes the Long Course with PDA in July or August forgot which month. I have a few new tricks besides HP coming up.

Hi Steve,
With the mods that I have made, it will be interesting to see if Bill can stay with me.
Jose.
PS. This is of course Not a challenge. We go to the track to have fun.

Keep your steering wheel on this time Jose
Looking forward to see you guys out there.
jose, What mods?? I thought you were modded out!
I won't get to close to your side pipes, I wouldn't want the paint melted off my door.

When we met at Pocono my engine was stock. I'm sure you'll like the changes. I know that Eric made a few changes as well. I don't know if he is coming to WGI; but I hope so. He was not in this forum as of the last time we met. I did asked him to join.
This will be my first time on the track this year. I'm very excited and I can't wait.
Jose.
