1 minute 35 is what was mentioned at the end for a lap time. Sounds like it will be a very small track.

Here's a link to the developer's website:

www.firstcoastracing.com

If you look at the "News" link and the "About" link you can see they're proposing about a 5 mile road course - the layout of the track looks pretty good to me (there is a graphic of the proposed course under the "News" link).

A 5 mile course would be nice. When will the entire facility be complete?

Can't wait for High Rock to get done.

On the NASA forums they mention that this link is not the Stark FL track but another track in N FL.

Road Atlanta is 1:35 for pretty fast drivers (street cars)
Mid Ohio 1:35 as well
Barber (you need to be real fast to get 1:35)
CMP (blazing fast for 1:35)

All of them are 2-2.5 miles.

So I guess it depends on who's going that speed, if it's joe blow, or someone fast.

I belive this is actually at the Keystone Heights Airport which is also referred to as the Starke airport. Based on the information I have this is probably the track that is being talked about on the following link

That link I gave above to First Coast Racing has a map of their proposed site which is about 5 miles north of Starke just off the west side of Hwy 301.

That's very interesting that 2 tracks are going in so close together.

Well....I guess we will see over the next year or so if the First Coast Racing venue gets their construction under way or not.

I may be going to the august event, if I have my roll cage done, plus some other stuff. I have a month and nothing else to do but work on the car so I should be able to make it
