Default snappinturtle.com

Haven't had any luck on getting any help with this yet, so I wanted to post it here cuz I know some of you guys have used snappinturtle before...

Has anyone ever had any bad luck with these guys? I ordered some straps and hooks almost 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. Sent them an email and got a failure notice back from the email saying it couldn't be delievered. I tried calling two of their numbers and one is no longer in service and the other just rings and rings.

I would've thought my stuff should've been here a while back unless it was on back order... which they failed to tell me if it was. Anyone else had any good or bad business with them before?

Yea, I paid with a debit card so I have a record of it. I just saw maybe 2-3 weeks ago someone ordered from them and got their stuff just fine. I can't get them by email either... I'm not sure what to do. They charged for a lil over $100 of stuff that I ordered.

not sure of your options with a debit card you probably can't do a protest or dispute. Flat hook is best not twisted for a C5 with T-hhoks.

Yeah, I think you are toast if they pulled the money from your account. You might be able to file a claim against the company if it has filed for bankruptcy. One of the reasons I only use a debit card to get cash for myself everything else is on a CC.

Debt cards offer the same protection as credit cards as long as they have the visa/mastercard logo. Call and charge it back!

How did you even get an ATM card only from chase, didn't think they offered that?

"Business Card ATM" just says Chase and it is green. Says Star, Interlink and Plus on it.

Weird thats who I bank with, you prefer not having the visa? You know chase has alot of rewards visa checkcards too. Free airline miles, and other stuff.

Update:

My straps and hooks came in today, I wouldn't have thought they would've at all. I've still not been able to get ahold of them by email or phone but the shipment showed up at my door today. Kinda strange.

So a flat T hook is better than a twisted T hook? Any reason why?

T-Hooks are all the same the hook on the strap can be twisted 90* from strap or parallel. Parallel give you more clearance between trailer and car frame.
