Default Front adj sway bar links 101 - need help

I've got some for 04 c5z & staying with the stock bar for now. Should I put these on? How do you use the length adjustment in them?

Is it simply that after you lower & corner weight (links off) then you just set them up with zero/neutral tension?

Or do you preload/unload the bar with them?

Thanks.

Is there a chassis setup for dummies book?

Yes, use the adjustable links to remove preload from the bar by setting them up "neutral."
