Default Newbie tips

I will be doing my first AutoX in my C6 tomorrow. Any words to the wise on tire pressure(s) on the F1s? Other comments? (I'm a solid intermediate at AutoX...)

Next week I'm going to the track for the first time in any car. Words to the wise here?

Most people tend to adjust the tire pressure up on street tires. Bring a big piece of chalk and make a few marks on the outward edge/lip of the tire. If after a run the chalk is wearing off onto the sides of the tire then your tires are rolling over too much, add more air. If you bump them up about 5 psi over what you normally run then you likely should not have any problems.
