Hello Roadcourse Drivers-

The Performance Driving School would like to personally invite you to
the Mid-Ohio event Mon & Tues May 19-20. Performance Driving School
in conjunction with Viper Days will be running a FUN and safe 2 day
event at this awesome track!

SO... what so you get with us?:
A PDS embroidered polo shirt, goodie bag, Sunday pm registration party
with catered food and drinks, Monday pm sit down dinner with
thousands of $$ worth of give aways and a large charity auction, in
car instruction and both rookie and advanced classrooms at a World
class track for two days!

How do we run our events??…
We run 4 run groups in half hour sessions all day long. You will get
2 hours of track time each day. We divide the run groups up according
to drivers' skill and ability and not car modification. We have a
rookie group where everyone in that group has instructors,
intermediate group, advanced group and a full wheel to wheel race
series. We also put in a timing system into everyones car and time
each and every lap you take. We post them quickly you can take your
individual sheets home with you. We also grid cars according to time
so there is always a faster person in front of your and a slower
person behind you reducing passing making the session fast, fun and
safe!! The Performance Driving School focuses on safety and quality
of track time. It is also a very family orientated and social event,
so everyone is welcome to join the Performance Driving School Family!

What about those discounts? Now the good part:

Entry - $745.00
Vette/Porsche National discount -$50.00
Vette/Porsche forum posting discount -$50.00
1st Timer discount from PDS -$100.00
Total Entry for full weekend $545.00

At first thought you may think...this is expensive but you get what
you pay for. Not many cars on track, clean fast lap times,
professionally run with on time starts and finishes, and great
people!!

Lets also not forget the best part, PDS in conjunction with Archer
Racing Accessories offers trackside support! They have 3 semi's
filled with inventory from breakpads all the way to engines and
transmissions. They can fix you problem and have you out on the track
in no time. They have 10 mechanics on staff waiting to fix or align
you car. They also sell mount, and balance tires at the event! Along
with a full line of safety gear!

For more information please feel free to click on the link below or

That sounds like a great event at a very reasonable price. Wish that I was close enough to be able to take advantage. Unfortunately a 11 hour tow is too much.

Hope to see you all at Mid-Ohio!

I went to their event last year at Putnam, I had a great time. Was very happy with how a bunch of Viper people welcomed me to their group. Courtney and her team runs a great event. I would go to this but there is a lapping day at Putnam the same day.

Would highly reccomend this. Also I had a great time chasing the Vipers arround the track. Unless they are on slicks we can give them more than a run for their money..
( Courtney if you read this I was the guy in the black z06 who was a friend of Scotts)

They have a time in July at VIR, any info on that one?
Do you have to be signed off to run intermediate or do they have instructors also?

Default Don't miss it!

This is a great event at Mid-Ohio! The Viper group runs a super school. Plus, they have transponders so that the groups are set with cars that run similar lap times. It makes for a much safer event and fewer problems than you have with slow cars being mixed with faster ones.

I have a C6 and I am instructing. Don't miss the event. Two hours per day at Mid-Ohio is awesome.
