VIR turn Question

Why does VIR and maybe other tracks have turns 5 - 5a / 6 - 6a ect... why not go to 7 instead of 6a? Just wondering :-)

Did you also notice that there no turn 13? My guess is that it involves a complex of turns rahter than a stand alone turn.
