FS: 2005 Z51 1SX 6Spd with T1 Suspension
I hate to do it, but with a 20 month old in daycare I need a toy that's a little more practical.
I'm selling my 2005 C6 1SX (No Hud, no NAV). The car is LeMans Blue and has 8600 (eight thousand, six hundred) miles. The car has seen about 12 track weekends and has never been wrecked (been though the grass at VIR though!!)
The car has the T1 kit installed on it which includes:
front spring, lower and upper control arms, sway bar and shocks
rear spring, upper control arms, sway bar and shocks
This is the early C6 kit that has the rear sway bar that does NOT drop down to accommodate the mufflers, hence the car is muffler free.
Also included: 6 C5 Z06 rear wheels with:
2 285/18 Kumho 710s, 80% tread left
2 305/18 Kumho 710s, 80% tread left
2 305/18 Kumho 710, 30% left (WAG)
I'm selling for $29500. If I don't get what I want for it it won't break my heart to keep it, my son loves it! (even though he can't ride in it yet)
The title is free and clear and in hand.

Thanks for looking!!

Well a good friend has a sorry *** fox body mustang that we may throw a cage in and thrash on. I have to tell you that Panoz you and your pop got is awfully tempting, if that thing is even half as fun as it looks...
The 'Vette just sits to much for me to justify keeping it, I can't drive it on the street so much anymore and I can only get to the track probably 3 weekends a year.
Although with all the Vettes on the market I may end up keeping it! I won't be too upset if that happens.

^ Panoz is a freaking blast... cheapish parts, simple to work on, very robust
She was $23k, but by the time we're all done collecting spare parts and modding it we'll have just over 30k into it.
Doing a H/C/I to the 5.0 and swapping to a carb as well as tweaking the suspension as it's setup for understeer being a school car.
/Hijack... goodluck w/ the sale.
PS you could always put your stock suspension back on the car and enjoy her on the streets. No need for hardcore track car if your only getting out a few weekends a year.
<------------ says the guy who's only going to run 2 or 3 events this year

I might be interested in some wheels/tires. Are they Speedlines???
Hey, and why can't your child ride in the car? My 2 and 3 year olds love riding in the Z06 (not at the same time of course). Child seat fits just fine!

yeah they are. If the car doesn't sell as a "package deal" I'll keep you in mind for the wheels/tires.
Wife's not too hip with the idea of him riding in it for now, but I can probably talk her into it once he gets a little bigger, the air bag does turn off after all. He's a trip, he points and says "ZOOM ZOOM" when he sees another Corvette!
