I bought some Z-rated at Autozone. Seemed to be the best price compared to web.

I bought my Hawk pads from raceshopper.com. Price was very good but they had my DTC70 in stock where others didn't. I think you get free shipping if NASA member. So I went with them. They weren't that much lower than AutoZone on the Z-rated pads so I purchased locally and didn't have to wait for shipping.

If you buy them from AutoZone they will replace them one time for free because of premature wear. They have a 2 year warranty if you can believe it! $109 (fronts) and free shipping.

No ... the Z rated pads.

I took one set back and they just handed me a new set no questions asked as they obviously had pre-mature wear!

Wow, I didn't know AutoZone sold Performance Friction pads. I have a set of Z-compound pads that glazed quite severely (despite being bedded beforehand). Most current set seems to be holding up better.

Thanks for the info....I'll check AutoZone next time around.
