Default C6 autocross tires ?

Has anyone found a tire for autocrossing that even comes close to a Kumo 710? These run flats really suck.
Thanks.

Doesn't the Hoosier A6 come in appropriate sizes? I assume you want to fit stock rims?

I don't know what level of competition you face in your area. If you are doing local events, a set of R888 might be able to do the job for you. On the other hand, A6 might be the way to go. Of course you have to drive it there unless you have a trailer. I just drive my R888 to and from the autox. I cant say these tires are perfect, but the car was able to hold its own in the four races I have on them.

runflats do suck, the noise on concrete is horrible, friend of mine just went to the Mishlands (sp) and loves them. Hoosier makes a A compund for autocross that is soft. r6s have to be hot to work and you are never going to do that at autoctoss...

If you think stock run flats are loud, try the "Roaring 888"
