I think that looks great. you should FEEL great SOTP acceleration. Not stressful on the springs.

again your not going to win dyno bar racing, but that isn't what you wanted anyway.

Drive ON . . .

That looks pretty good. Are those corrected numbers? Did you dyno it before the mods? I'm looking at a similar spec. cam.

Rick,,,
I've got same cam,,, but TSP 243 heads,,, but it's not running yet. I'm wondering,,, did you compute DCR and if so where did it end up? BTW,,,, numbers look good!

Lastley and maybe most importantly,.,,, where's the sound clip?

Thanks

Did not compute DCR. Static compression for the heads is advertised as 10.75. Not sure how to post a sound clip?

Take a video clip of your car with audio, and post it onto photobucket or youtube. Then post here with the address to locate it.

Numbers are SAE corrected. No "before" dyno.

Visited with my tuner today. The AFR is set at 12.5. He set it low for safety due to how hot it gets in Oklahoma in the summer when I run road courses.

He said we'd easily get 20 hp bumping it up to 12.8 - 13.0. Possibly up to 30 hp.....

I thought there was more to be had.

Even with your AFR's those numbers seem light to me.

99LS1 with slightly worked old LS1 casting heads, and a 218/222 113 sub 580 lift Cam and 12.5 AFR's netted me 409/390 on that engine tuned and dyno'd by ECS. With FLP Headers and Vararam.

That said, if you're happy that's all that counts.
