Glad someone else is doing Road Atlanta. It was painful getting raped by Barber last December, but I thought it would be the last chance to get on Road Atlanta. to Chinn.

New clutch is broken in and ready to go. Riding to Bristol Saturday to do the St Judes Charity run on the speedway then to Atlanta Sunday. That should be enough driving for a few days. Hope to meet some of the members there.

Uh oh...how did you get "raped" at Barber? I ask because I'm on the AL SCCA BoD, and if something wasn't right for you, I'd like to know about it for future events!

BTW, I am not planning on going to the 6/2 RA event. Love RA & Chin, but it's just a lot of effort and expense (car prep & loading, 180 miles one-way + hotel) for only a single day (weekday at that) at the track. Hope you enjoy it tho! I'll be there soon enough.

I was referring to the Road Atlanta HPDE sponsored by Barber Racing School last Dec that repl the Panoz. Pricing went from $250 for one day to $375. Sorry for the confusion. Hate you are going to miss this. Road Atlanta is a fun track. It is a 250 mi drive for me, but worth it.

I can't make it this Monday, but I got a call tonight from the local Porshe club asking if I wanted to run with them at Road Atlanta June 7th and 8th. Just my luck I'm registered to run at Barber that weekend.

Oh well - see you guys there in August with NASA.
