Default Tire pressure adjustments

Okay, so what do you more experienced (but still amateur) peeps use for adding tire pressure? Do you use the stock tire inflator or one of those 5-gallon air tanks?

I use the $20 tank from Sears and carry a portable air compressor with me for back up.

I use a small nitrogen tank strapped to a cheap Walmart hand cart. This is one of the most useful tools on a $ per use basis. With this, the air goes to the vehicle, not the other way around. Between the Milwaukee 28v cordless impact wrench and this, I never use my compressor anymore (I have not even turned it on in a year!). I originally needed it for my shocks (150psi) but now I use it for everything including the garden tractor, and blowing out the house smoke detectors. The tank is about $20 to exchange and that happens about 2x per year. This is very useful at the track because it provides clean, dry air at all times. Credit has to go to Roy Benedetti (drbenne), it is his idea, and a good one!

True, but it is usually very wet, and not near where you are parked.
