Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix at Beaver Run
In a word........rain.
Rain throughout the weekend kept attendance down and track time minimal.
We have two more events scheduled this year.
HSR at Autobahn, Joliet Ill. Bobby Rahal Grand Prix, August 21-24.
SVRA at Watkins Glen, U.S. Vintage Grand Prix, Sept. 4-7.

Only 2 Vettes showed up, the other was a sweet C2 that left prior to me getting a photo. He ran qualifying but sat and sun were too wet, steady rain and large puddles on the track all weekend. We did not run.
For anyone in the area they run the pre 1930 cars in Schenley Park, downtown Pittsburgh this weekend, they usually have a couple hundred cars. Some with only a hand break that rubs a piece of wood against the tire, they are a hoot and its a great show
