Default Holy Cow 1.50 and 1.53 Later G's

I couldn't belive it looking through my Traqmate data from the last autocross on my fastest run I managed to Pull 1.5 Left G's and 1.53 Right lateral G's

My car has pulled alot of Mid 1.35 to 1.42's before on diffrent courses and i seen alotta 1.45's outta our course this last time. Managed a top speed of 68.5 mph. Hmm well it was a good work out for me before the SCCA national Tour event i am going to.

Anyways just had to share my shock and amazement

The First one was basically turn four or the frist left turn we had going into that open box area. you could kinda draw your own line through it

The next High G turn was the last As we go into the straight to the finish line.

Damn if i knew how to copy this info and post it on the web i would. Guess i need to do more work on this thing

I guess the next obvious question is what tires are you running and what sizes are they?

Nicely done. My SS car regularly gets above 1.4-5 with peaks as high as 1.6x.

The course matters too. I can get 1.6 peak G's if the course is taking advantage of a subtle banking like turning on a hill. For the most part my data is usually around 1.25 sustained by GPS calculation. I can sustain 1.5 on a local track thanks to some minor banking. The hard part is to keep hitting those numbers in a slalom on both sides, my nemesis.

I looked at some data act. numbers and I pulled 1.50 Left Gs and 1.65 Right Gs at mid ohio, 03 Z06 T1 bars, stock everything else & 275 40 17 Hankooks square, so I'm thinking that's pretty normal.

Those are some pretty impressive numbers . The best I've managed so far is 1.1 G's. I can't imagine pulling 1.5+, that has to be awesome.

You can post your results by pushing ALT + PRT SCRN and posting a bitmap of the data. That's how I've posted Traqmate data before.

Concrete rocks !

However, I always see people, not necessarily vette people post, that since nationals is on asphault, that they then won't do concrete. I say fun is fun-----concrete or asphault.

It's kinda funny because some of these other car drivers, don't have a chance in hell of winning, but yet they won't run on concrete.

No. Just maybe more fun, as concrete generally has higher grip levels as the tire has more to "grip" on at the macro and micro level.
