Default 97C5 Brake flush

Upgrading to DOT4 fluid for the brakes. Any tips on how to remove fluid from the front chamber of master cylinder?

I've used flexible tubing (think IV tubing, or small engine fuel line hose) to suck it out, but usually I just get out what i can with a syringe (about halfway down), and then flush the rest through.

The do it that way so that if you develop a leak, you still have fluid on one axle, but it does make changing types of fluids (or brands if you are paranoid) difficult.
