C5 Solo II Super Stock mods?
I've been looking through the Solo rules, and I'd appreciate some experienced eyes here so I don't get myself in trouble I don't want to get into Street Touring. I should clarify that I'm not expecting to be a strong competitor - just to have a good time.
Here's my UPDATED plan of record in priority order; please advise if I'm a) outside of the rules b) missing something.

- K&N filter 33-2111 (No CAI allowed)
- Lower via bolt adjustment (no bushing cut) and align
- Hardbar harness bar & harness
- PFADT Racing SCCA Super Stock Package (shocks and front roll bar)
- True X-pipe that connects BEHIND cats and cat-back
- Magnaflow: 15437 X-Pipe and 15660 full kit
- Bassani: 5797X X-pipe and Cat-Back TBD
- Khumo/Hoosier tires (when I'm outdriving the stockers)

Thanks, Ted!
In my old cars, the SS lines made a huge difference in feel - not the case with modern lines? I'm jumping from the 60's to the 90's
Any reccomendations/changes beyond just the rule compliance?

Cat-back is okay, but under the Solo Rules x-pipes can be problematic on the C5 because the cats are part of the stock h-pipe assembly and you can't remove or relocate the cats, which some x-pipes do. Make sure you get one that can be "inserted" behind the cats without changing their position.

Yeah, I can see that as an interesting problem. I think the Borla one requires cutting behind the cats, which shoud be fine.
Good catch - thanks! Exactly the type of information I was looking for!

Pfadt Racing makes an interesting SS front bar. A lot of people also rave over Hotchkis, but I do not how the two compare.
No on the SS lines...
Shocks are free (no coil overs) and will make the biggest improvement.
Both Kumho & Hoosier make tires for the stock wheel sizes. Check Tire rack out.

Thanks; I saw the PFADT Super Stock kit with shocks and the front bar - looked great, but it's nice to have a little validation.
I've updated the OP with the "new plan"

I am considering upgrading my shocks to Pfadt as well. Take it I have no personal experience with Pfadt, but have heard good things about them. Run what you have based on your budget! Most important part is seat time. Seat time and experience can over come many who have better prepared cars with less experience!
