you mean the Doug Fehan & GM that won't help LGM with his car? GM who basically races themselves and does squat for private teams running their product?

they put on a good show, but it's kind of hard to call it racing if there are no other cars out there.

TTT for they suck! Why not have a ton of Corvettes racing? I am sure private teams would appear to buy C6R's. I think they need to follow Porsche model of racing and support. If they made 12 C6R cars what would they cost per unit drop to? Chrysler has done a way better job with the Viper supporting private teams. GM is stupid in this regard.

Cost per unit would not drop if you are building for GT1. You are custom building a car from the ground up.

Lou could have bought the 07 C6R and gone into GT1 instead of GT2. He would have bought a very competitive car, but would have run out of money a little quicker.

no way cost would not have dropped. They could have made a profit on the cars selling them and development cost would be reduced and spread through many teams.
