Default nail in MPSC

Can I get it patched and still run. I am inclined to think no, but I have no experience here. Its in the center of the tire, more or less. I think I have 2 more sessions on these tires and hate to lose them, but if its questionable, they are gone.

PATCH! theres no reason not to. internal patches retain speed ratings.

I've seen plugs hold up to track usage. but patching it from the inside is correct.
