Search this forum for coilover threads. There are many that have discussed the differences and advantages of a number of coilovers available from the supporting vendors of this forum. Pfadt, LGM, Penske, Moton, DRM etc. (Sorry if I left anyone out.)

There is literally a library of discussion.

I had ECS put them on my car last season. I was running T-1 bars and '04 shocks at stock ride height. I've been experimenting with settings, tire pressures (Hoosier r-6's), and ride height and my times continue to get better. I've lowered the car 1.5 inches and use 14 front and 12 rear and start with lower tire pressures. Turn-in is a little better (track alignment by Phoenix) and also the grip. I like the adjustability of the Pfadt's but I don't have anything to compare them to.

I like mine. When you adjust them to what you like, Click two or three spots at first to notice the differance then back down to one click until you get them were you like.
