TTP Motorsports 02 C5Z06 SCCA/NASA Rollcage Pics
We have just completed the rollcage on supercharged_z06's 02 c5z. Due to the variations in the NASA vs. SCCA ruling we adhered to the NASA rules as they call for a larger thickness tubing on the main hoop. Once the door bar setup is added this will be SCCA & NASA certified. Our normal door bar setup ("Nascar" driver bars/X'd pass bars) will be installed later after vehicle testing.
As with all of our chassis and/or rollcage projects it is prepared in 4130N "chromemoly" tubing & TIG welded in-house.
