Old World Challenge Cars??

OK, I am trying to help a friend track down the past history of what we believe to be a 1990 World Challenge car, it could be a 91 or 92, not sure.we know that the car was raced under the sponsor of Tom Bell Chevy. What we do know is that the SCCA inspection stickers are still on the roll bar, so with the info from the inspection stickers. Who should we contact at the SCCA to find out about this old information that we have. Any ideas would be great for this little treasure hunt??
