I am looking for a Corvette mechanic who is very familiar with the C6 and wants to do some track support at the SCCA National level. Car is located in Long Island, NY. Pay is $300/day plus lodging, food and travel. Will provide air transportation if needed. Racing primarily in NY Region but do travel to VIR; Mosport, Canada; Road America etc.. Call me at the office and we'll talk . Phil Di Pippo at 718-721-5740. Here most of the day.

As for you Kubs...school must always come first. Without it you will really be behind everyone else out there. . and it def will catch up. I preach it to all my employees. Sorry.
Not to say once in a while you can't sneak off the track....Ha!

LET's GO RACING!

Yeah. I thought it was more than fair. A lot of mechanics get abused and ripped off by their bosses. Drives me nuts since they are really the backbone of the sport. There are guys wrenching out there killing themselves for less than $100 per day. Shocking!

Call me at my office: New York: 718-721-5740. Thanks.

I charge $ 1,000 a day.

Might be beyond your budget, but what you get for your $ 1,000.

1) Location and information about strip clubs....introductions to "special" girls (I get the first few lap dances to prescreen the girls for you).

2) Gently criticize your driving, pointing out only here and there how I could drive that section better than you.

3) Lounge around, and get you really pissed off that you are paying me $ 1,000 for basically doing nothing....(This gets you really fired up, and makes you drive with a "real focus"-----((even if that focus is wanting to kill me))

4) Insulting all your friends out there so they will have nothing to do with you----((let's you get your mind into the "ZONE"----without all that annoying chit-chat.))
