Default Single Event Track Insurance

Anybody offering this?

I have found multi-event / Annual insurance.

But its pretty pricey if you only attend one or two events.

Thanks,

These guys offer single event insurance:

http://www.raceinsurance.co.uk/

I have no idea what it costs. Personally I can't even fathom wrecking a car in an event without a substantial amount of prize money..

That being said I did insure 2 corners of my race cars when we were in the pro series... then there is a reason to take risks that may lead to a crash

I'm guessing he means HPDE insurance, and yes, I do recall hearing this past weekend about an insurance plan that was per event. Something like 150 bucks for the weekend.

Hopefully others will know more.

One of our Track Attack participants found this company and it is very reasonable.

I have been thinking of track attack, but I dont know if I can muster the funds for the two day event.

MVP is running the full track at Autobahn in June. I enjoy the whole HPDE thing, but its even more expensive than shotgun tournements, so I can only attend a limited number of events.

I'll keep track attack in mind.

I checked on lockton affinity, and they would not insure at MVP events due to the following:

- Classroom instruction for at least beginner/novice drivers

- Instructors in all beginner/novice and intermediate driver vehicles
