I think we're all just anxiously awaiting the event!!
And hamdog, I think there are still slots available for the NJMP event July 20-21. Check out this thread:

Looking forward to VIR; great group of drivers, instructors, fun track, NCM runs a very safe and fun event and watching Tom demonstrate the correct right side pass by signal is worth the price of admission! Looking forward to seeing the people who make the event the best of the season.

How does the blinker method work when several cars are behind you and you are letting all of them pass? Do you just leave blinker on untill all have passed? or like the hand signal you turn blinker off and give a new blinker to each one? Here I go again questions, question, question. I'll try to keep it to a minimum this year.

for a left pass
YOU move to the RIGHT, turn YOUR LEFT BLINKER ON
First Car behind you passes/
The idea for this is you keep BOTH HANDS on your steering wheel. many times when you put your hand or arm out the window, you start drifting left INTO the car that is attempting to pass you.
and some cars, the window sill is just too high for ppl to get their arm out.

If there is a left passing zone, and they point right, you should wave it off.

Can we still use the hand signals instead of the blinkers? I don't think my turn signals work.
