Default safety wire oil filter

Every once in a while someone oils a track because the oil filter comes off, blows the seal , or the oil drain plug falls off. Don't be the one to kill track time for others or worse yet cause a spin. If you don't already know it here is some easy prevention. These nuts are drilled with a simple small twist drill while still on the car and wired as show. The oil filter just has a simple stainless band clamp on it and one end of the wire is connected to it. Always attach your safety wire so that unscrewing the filter or nut tightens the wire and you are set. Wire is just stainless .032 from even hardware stores.
