Hi Chris:
I'm not looking for any track time, but if you need me to help you guys out in any way, let me know. I'm about 1 hour away and can drive over on that monday and/or tuesday and be of whatever help you guys need. Let me know.

Trying to get the time off, but I like the idea of doing both tracks back to back. If you haven't done NJMP yet, this is a great event to get the experience of each track. For those who haven't done both tracks...the one you THINK is faster and longer is actually more techical and tight, and the one you think is short and technical is blindingly fast.
Bring plenty of water, and a tent, as there is no shade or garage space.

so which is which
I think lightning is the faster track and thunderbolt is more technical.

Exactly!! This is one scenario where the shorter track is definately faster, and I have found trying to master the very technical Thunderbolt is going to take a lot longer than I initially thought.

Thunderbolt has more amenities than Lightning so at that one you'd have a better chance of getting out of the sun if you can't bring your own shade.
I gots to think about this one, would like to make it, but have to look at my schedule a little closer.
