Do you set the gap on Iridium Plugs?
Car (02 C5Z, stock LS6) has 28K and time to change the plugs (some miles may be track miles). Got the Iridium plugs (41-110) and red GM wires. Iridiums are about 0.045 out of the box.
I pulled the first plug and the old one measures a 0.060, but the electrode looks a little rounded over. Current plugs are stock and I have no idea what they look like new.
I know that gaps only grow over time, thus the question: Do you gap the new Iridiums to 0.060, something else, or install as they come out of the box?

Melting Slicks
I ran my NGK iridium version of the TR6's at .035 for my LS7 headed C6Z upon my engine builders suggestion.
may be a different car/motor but at least its a reference.
good luck!

Drifting
Iridium either lasts forever or wears out suddenly and unexpectedly. They are close out of the box, but I gap them to my current application. Everything should be tweaked, I even adjust my dwell, electronically.
