Great looking car but not much performance for that much money. If you are interested in vintage racing with those associations it would be a good way to start. On the other hand you for the same money you could buy a used T-1 car and have enough left over for maintenance, entry fees and gas for a season.

Oh I'm not planning to spend money like that on anything but it would be a cool car to run. I just noticed that it is actually a '62. The guy either typo'd it or miss-labeled it. I spent some time this spring putting some miles on a '62 and it was awesome but not in a performance sense. It just had a lot more character and style.
