Default Direct Bolt-In Racing Seats for C5/C6

We got the OMP RS seat in today and set it up on our brackets and sliders. As you can see, our bracket also retains the stock seat belt. It's a nice seat for the not so skinny guy that's FIA approved. I'm a 38" waist and fit comfortably in this model. It is a full 15" between the plastic pieces for the lap belt openings (hip area). The seat we received weighed in at 17lbs. If anyone is interested in this seat or another seat set up on our brackets let me know.

We are beginning to offer any of the OMP seats that fit the C5/C6 with our brackets and sliders. You can use the stock seat belt and a 4, 5 or 6 pt. harness with our brackets. OMP is an Italian company like Sparco that is very well know in Europe but not as well know as Sparco in the US. Sparco EVO's are between $739-$759 and this OMP model is $549. Other OMP seats shown below.

OMP RS-PT - $699

The HTE model starts at $879 and has an optional Air-Flow system available.

Just to clarify, you'd be better off to wear the harness at all times but if you needed to use the stock belt for any reason you would want to run the buckle thru the hole on one side and the factory lap belt thru the opposing hole. But again, a harness with sub belts would be better.

or if you drive it on the street and no cops are looking you go without any belt

Arizen, do you have any pics of the seat and bracket up mounted in a C6??

I'm considering some race seats for my trackdays, I've had enough sliding around on the stock seats

Do your brackets require any shims (washers) to bolt down?
It looks like they are properly contoured for the flooring from the pics...

How much are the brackets and sliders??

I assume they only work with side mount seats?

Thanks and

The Arizen username says their vendor account expired. Until they return as a vendor you can contact them thru their website.
