Why do my new swaybars "clink"??
I have brand new Hotchkis sways installed and when I turn the wheel I hear "clink" "clink" "clink"... over and over again. Nothing is rubbing at all. I think it's mostly coming from the front. Do these things shift around? Is this normal? Please help!

A few people have had issues with the Hotchkiss endlinks, are those what you are using?... I hd them and one of them clunked and drove me nuts. I replaced with GM metal ones and all was quiet once again. I now run LG end links..still quiet

It most likely the endlinks...
Check the nuts and bolts again and make sure it hasn't "loosened" some.
You may find that you want to go adjustable endlinks like GettReal posted.
I have run Hotchkiss on many of my cars and sometimes you just get an endlink that doesn't want to play nice.
Heck even the stock endlinks (with stock bars) on my Z06 clunk, time for some adjustables again

Melting Slicks
I would check the torque on the nuts before buying new ones. I put new sway bars on my DD (07 Mustang) recently and had a similiar issue. It was just one of the nuts for the endlinks was a bit loose.

When attaching your end links, to either the sway bars or the a-arms do not let the a-arms hang down on their own weight.
This is where a 4 post lift or putting the car up on blocks, with the cars weight on the tires. Then reach under to attach the sway bar end links to the a-arms.

I use two concrete blocks with greases linoleum 12' x12" squares between the tires and blocks.
two blocks per wheel that is
grease is between each linoleum 12' x12" square. Tires will slide ever so slightly
Disconnect the end links from the a-arms. Let the car settle for a few hours.
then reattach the end links.

On that year you can't reach them through the wheel spokes? I drive mine around to settle the suspension then park it on the level surface. I use a 12" extension to reach through the wheel spokes and adjust the end links. This is with adjustable links on a C4. I can put a box wrench through the spokes as well to adjust or hold the nut.
