Default Frequency of transmission and diff fluid change

I have an 02 Z06 that I use as a daily driver in which I put on between 7k-10k miles per year and I attend 3-4 HPDE each year.

What is the recommended frequency in which I should change the transmission and diff fluids?

Thanks

Using full synthetic lubes a yearly change would be more than adequate for your driving criteria. My dual use Z06 runs about 8-10K miles total a year and 10-12 HPDE events. I have had no problems in the last 4 years doing a yearly change using Mobil 1 full synthetic lubes.

When I was racing WC, with coolers, I changed them every 2 events. Obviously that was overkill, but I couldn't risk having a failure. Unless you are at the track more than 10 times a year, annual changes should be fine.
