CCW rim request
#3
i am not the OP so please excuse the hijack....best would seem to be 18 x 10.5 in the front and 18 x 11 rear. these would seem to fit without having to min-tub or wide-body the car. New it is a large financial commitment.

The reason I'm asking is because Super Stock class requires stock size, but ASP allows non-stock wheel sizes.

Depending on the class the OP wants to run his car in autocross competition, he needs wheels in the wider sizes or the OEM sizes. That's why I asked him what class he plans to run in.

I have 11" x 18" fronts and Hoosier 315/30-R18 rub on the outside on my C6 Z06. 295/30-R18 still rub, but just barely. I have heard others run the 315 without rub, but I have camber lock-out plates, which pushes the wheels out further than the stock adjustment cams do.
I just had my car raised a half inch in the front and will be on the track with it this week. So, I'll see if that solves the rubbing
I run 345/35-R18 on the 13" x 18" rears without any rubbing.

Melting Slicks
295/30/18 is really short compared to the original 275/35/18.
Right now I run rear C5Z06 wheels with 1/2" spacers and extended tip lug nuts. The combo put the effective offset at 58mm - 13mm = 45mm. I run 285-645-18 Pirelli slicks and I still rub (very minor and only sometimes) the brake ducts at full turns.
The mind boggling thing is when I run 285/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport on the stock 40mm-offset 18x9.5 with 3mm spacers. It rubs the inside (the aft notch at the top of the inner fender) and it rubs the top of the air deflector (located at the front of the wheel opening).
There are more to this but I've officially hijacked this thread. My apology to the thread owner. We should continue this somewhere else.

going back to my original question would you have the CCW 18" by 11" and 18" by 13".
sorry to be so blunt and direct. Also what model rim would it be. Thanks to everyone who has been putting there comments on this post. Great info for me.
