Default GPS Lap Timer - PZRacing TimeTronic for $250

Anybody try one of these timers. PZRacing says the cord between receiver and display is 24".

http://www.pzracing.it/webUK/index.p...emart&Itemid=1

They tell me it will work great in a car with the receiver anywhere below the windshield.

Using a 5Hz sampler they state it is very accurate. Not sure what the Traqmate uses.

I found a place selling for $250 delivered and think I might try one.

Searching the internet and they are also on eBay. The Ebay price is more than a vendor I found...

I think he is saying that the screen is so small it would be hard to read.

Display unit is 3.6" x 2" x 1".

LCD display itself is 1" tall, not sure of the width. I think it will be big enough for me.

I'm not sure the Traqmate is any larger?

This guy is selling for $250 delivered. He has a good reputation on the Sport bike forums.

http://www.krosswerx.com/

He told me he values his reputation enough that he'd take it back if I wasn't happy with the unit. I don't know the guy but after talking to him I'm going to give one a try.

Curious how many have bought a unit? Mine is great. Anybody have observations/comments?
