I just installed the newest Pfadt control arm bushings about 3 weeks ago. Its a very well designed kit and I picked it up from Steve @ RSD. Only have done one track day since the installation but it was on the very techincal Monticello Motor Club track which is 4.1miles and 22 turns.
Before the bushings were installed while on track I could feel the car moving around after I would turn in. After the bushings I didn't feel anything. It was like I totally forgot I installed them. I wasn't until a day or so later when my buddy asked my how I like them that I realized I didn't even notice they were there. I guess that means they are doing there job.
I didn't notice any increase in NHV while driving on the street YET, but I only have about 400 miles on the (110 track and around 300 street). I also installed zerk fittings on all the control arms, so greasing will be a snap.

Since you have a C4 you can go with poly (inexpensive) or I think Brian has found Delrin.
I bought the Energy Suspension master kit a couple years ago for my 92, doesn't include sway bar or end link bushings. Forget what it cose, was less than $250 though. IIRC the swaybar kits I got from Summit (Energy Suspension brand) I think they were less than $50 each.
Took everything apart but the batwing in a friends garage, spent several weeks cleaning, extracting, installing bushings in the suspension pieces. Took a few days after that to put it all back together including all 4 hubs.

Brian Cunningham?
Is the C4 more agreeable to Poly?
